General FAQs.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

The transit time depends on your location. If you are based in the US and in Canada, it takes 10-20 days or 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. For other countries, it takes 3-4 weeks.

Are there tracking numbers for orders placed?

Yes, you will be receiving a tracking number for your orders. You will receive a notification in the email address indicated in your account information for each shipment in your order which includes the estimated delivery date and links on where you can track your order

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on orders within 14 days from the delivery date. Any return that is requested after the 14-day timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at weborder@fashionsprout.com
 

My order was never delivered

We will initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the shipment. This process may take 1-4 business days, depending on the carrier. If the shipment cannot be located, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

However, if your order was not delivered because you have provided a wrong shipping address/ incomplete shipping address at checkout, even if an item is free shipping but was returned to us due to these circumstances, we will deduct the shipping cost that we incurred. 




 

Wrong Item Delivered / Items Not as Described

If you receive the wrong item or the item is not as described, please contact us at fashionsproutusa@gmail.com so that we can resolve the matter for you. 

There are 2 ways on how we can resolve the issue for you. 

First:

We request images showing the issue. If it is a size issue, we ask for photo/s showing the actual measurement of the item by using a tape measure. We do request images so that we can work directly with the manufacturer to get any listing errors fixed. When you submit images, depending on the assessment, you won't be asked to return the item any more or you will be provided a prepaid return label. 

Second:

If you do not want to provide us with photos, please kindly reach out to us so that we can give you the return procedure. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost.

*However, if you would like to keep the item as-is we will work out a fair partial refund.

My item arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately to report the damage. For damaged items, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

*We do request images of all damaged packaging and items so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene purposes FashionSprout does not accept returns on the following items:

  1. Used/worn swimming suits with the protective liners removed.

  2. Underwear of any kind.

  3. Fetishwear worn under clothing.

  4. Used body jewelry.

However, if these items are damaged, defective, or wrong item shipments a replacement is justified.

Buyers remorse returns

If you have changed your mind or if you are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us for the return instructions.



 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It takes approximately 1-4 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
